Canada's political parties' platforms: a primer
There’s a fine line between a political party and a lobby group. So I think it’s important to remember that while we may lament the dearth of choices in our political landscape, and look to the bloc or the greens for a fresh view, that they are just special interest groups with no real federal platform. Still, I guess it’s no different than people voting for Harper for no other reason than a perceived sympathy for Israel, or for Ignatieff for having eyebrows with a reputation of consoling grandmothers.
